New opportunities await for Jade Jacquet, and the Williams driver arrives on the 2026 F1 ACADEMY grid primed to prove she belongs.
Jacquet made her karting debut in 2023, but it was the following season that she began to gain attention. Competing in the 2024 French Junior Karting Championship, she showed steady progression while also taking her first steps towards single-seaters, combining simulator tests with her first outing in an F4 car.
The French racer then transitioned into the French F4 Championship. Across the 2025 season, she achieved 12 top-20 results, including a best finish of P11 at the Circuit des 24 Heures, and claimed the Female Trophy at the Dijon-Prenois circuit.
Selected for the F1 ACADEMY Rookie Test, she posted the seventh-fastest time of the afternoon and earned herself a spot in the Williams Racing Driver Academy. Racing with compatriots ART Grand Prix, the 16-year-old steps into her rookie season ready to take every new challenge in her stride.
