ALISHA PALMOWSKI

Always bubbly away from the car, once the visor goes down Alisha Palmowski has a singular focus — settling her unfinished business by taking home the title.

Honing her craft in the UK, Palmowski began karting in 2018 and soon found her way to the front, securing the Junior Vice Champion title in the Daniel Ricciardo Series in both 2020 and 2021.

The Briton’s pace revved up on her move into cars, putting together a remarkable run of 10 podiums in the Ginetta Junior Championship. Named as a BRDC Rising Star in 2024, Palmowski delivered more silverware in her first single-seater campaign, scoring three wins, two pole positions and 11 podiums — the most in the field — on her way to the GB4 Championship Vice Champion honours.

Fresh from that achievement, Palmowski made a memorable first impression in F1 ACADEMY as the Wild Card entry in Lusail, qualifying sixth and fourth before finishing P5 in Race 1.

Joining the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme with Campos Racing, the 19-year-old opened her 2025 account with victory in Shanghai and contended for the top rookie honours, eventually finishing fifth overall.

Everything that I think about from the first thing in the morning to last thing at night is how to improve.
