Alisha Palmowski

Setting herself the ultimate goal of winning the title, Alisha Palmowski has already established herself as one to watch in 2025.

Honing her craft in the UK, Palmowski’s story began in karting back in 2018. It wasn’t long before she enjoyed success, achieving the Junior Vice Champion title in the Daniel Ricciardo Series in both 2020 and 2021.

Jumping into cars in 2022, the following year saw her put together a remarkable run of 10 podiums in the Ginetta Junior Championship. Selected as a BRDC Rising Star in 2024, Palmowski delivered more silverware in her first single-seater season, scoring three wins, two pole positions and 11 podiums — the most in the field — on her way to finish Vice Champion in the GB4 Championship.

Fresh from that achievement, Palmowski made a memorable first impression in F1 ACADEMY as the Wild Card entry for the penultimate round of the 2024 season in Lusail, Qatar. Unfazed by the challenge, the 18-year-old qualified sixth and fourth, before going on to score a P5 finish in Race 1.

Joining the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme with Campos Racing, Palmowski has given herself a high bar to reach but she’s brimming with a drive to succeed.
