Léna Bühler had an excellent launch off the line to beat Lola Lovinfosse to Turn 1 and slot behind runaway leader Amna Al Qubaisi in Race 2 in Spielberg.

Having had a difficult first race where she forced to retire after avoiding a collision in the midfield, Bühler bounced back in the reverse grid for Race 2 where she put in a measured drive to secure her first podium of the season and the first points for ART Grand Prix.

On her performance in Race 2, Buhler said: “Not bad, better than Race 1 for sure! I tried to have a good start and I did it, and then focused on doing my best throughout the race, pushing and managing it.

The ART driver can’t wait for more though, and is seeking out another podium as soon as this afternoon: “I would definitely like to be on the podium more so to get P2 in the first round of the season is great. Let’s see for Race 3. I start in P4 so I will give my all to get another podium.”
