FIRST LOOK: McLaren unveil Ella Lloyd and Ella Stevens' 2026 F1 ACADEMY liveries

McLaren have revealed the liveries that Ella Lloyd and Ella Stevens will be racing in for the 2026 F1 ACADEMY season.

Both drivers are members of the McLaren Driver Development Programme and will share the same garage this year, driving with Rodin Motorsport.

Lloyd, who continues with the papaya squad for a second season, will be competing in the #20 entry. Its design echoes that of the reigning Formula 1 Constructors' Champion's challenger, the MCL40.

"I’m really excited to start my second season in F1 ACADEMY with McLaren," said the 20-year-old. "The livery looks fantastic, and it’s always a privilege to race in a papaya car."

Meanwhile, Ella Stevens will get behind the wheel of the McLaren Oxagon car for her rookie season. The #28 entry incorporates splashes of the vivid blue of Oxagon, alongside the familiar papaya and anthracite colour palette.

It’s an honour to be the F1 ACADEMY McLaren Oxagon entry for the team," said Stevens. "The vivid blue on the car alongside the iconic papaya looks really cool. Seeing it has made me even more excited for my first-ever season in F1 ACADEMY."
