Abbi Pulling will take part in the ABB Formula E World Championship Rookie Free Practice next week, with the 2024 F1 ACADEMY Champion driving for Nissan at the Miami E-Prix.

It will mark the Briton's fourth outing in the GEN3 Evo machinery, getting behind the wheel of the Nissan e‑4ORCE 05. Pulling previously topped the Championship's inaugural Women's Test in 2024 and finished second in last year's edition. As the team's Rookie and Simulator Driver, she also participated in the 2025 Berlin Rookie Test, completing 98 laps across the two three-hour long sessions at the Tempelhof Airport Street Circuit.

The Miami International Autodrome is a track she knows well, albeit with an altered layout for the Formula E weekend. Pulling clinched back-to-back pole positions and wins there on her way to F1 ACADEMY title.

"It's a pleasure to be back on-track with Nissan Formula E Team and I feel very fortunate to be working with such a great outfit," said Pulling. "I'm delighted to be trusted with this Rookie Free Practice session as it'll be the first official running at a brand-new circuit for Formula E, so data collection will be crucial.

"This is now my fourth outing in the Nissan e‑4ORCE 05 and, alongside my work in the simulator, I feel like I've now got a good understanding of the car. I've raced at Miami International Autodrome before in F1 ACADEMY and, even though the track layout will be different, it will be a great spectacle across the weekend. My goal for the session is to fulfil my run plan to put the squad in a strong starting position to kick on for the rest of the event."

She'll be joined on track for the 40-minute Rookie Free Practice on Friday, January 30 by Chloe Chambers, who'll be driving for Mahindra.
