So, you think you have what it takes to perform on the world stage in F1 ACADEMY?

Our mission is to find and nurture the best female driving talent from around the globe. Send your racing CV to development@f1academy.com and if you meet our entry criteria, someone from our Driver Development team will reach out to discuss the next steps.

Kindly note that due to the large volume of enquires that we receive, we are only able to provide responses to drivers who already meet, or will soon meet, the eligibility criteria for F1 ACADEMY.

For those not yet meeting this criteria, we encourage you to explore the F1 ACADEMY Driver Development Hub. There you'll find information on events, the Driver Development Guide, and other helpful resources.

If you're new to motorsport, consider contacting your local motorsport National Sporting Authority (ASN) to learn more about getting started.

YOUR RACING CV MUST INCLUDE:

• Date of birth
• ASN (National Sporting Authority) & Race licence grade
• Social media / website information (if any)
• Experience
• Results / achievements (and at which level)
• Any timesheets or feedback which can evidence performance level
• Current season plans
• Ambitions for the future - what are your three and five-year plans?

Any driver under the age of eighteen (18) must seek permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to submitting a Racing CV.

By sharing your Racing CV, you acknowledge that F1 Academy may collect and process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The information you provide will be used to analyse eligibility for F1 ACADEMY participation and to make contact to discuss your application and potential next steps.
