As another chapter draws to a close and we look forward to the fourth F1 ACADEMY campaign, there's time for one last look back at a spectacular season.

Whilst there are too many incredible moments for us to choose from, some of the class of 2025 were on hand to share on their favourite memories — from racing all around the world, to triumphs on the top step and many more...

NICOLE HAVRDA

Visiting six different countries across three continents, Nicole Havrda relished the chance to spend the year doing the thing she loves surrounded by those closest to her.

“I need to think about this,” said the Canadian racer. “I’d say getting to travel the world while racing, but also with my family.”

NINA GADEMAN

Future birthday presents are going to be tough to beat for Nina Gademan, who delivered an emotional first victory in F1 ACADEMY on home soil on her 22nd birthday.

“Zandvoort Race 1 because I won on my birthday and my mum was there,” remarked the Alpine driver.

EMMA FELBERMAYR

Another driver to highlight her maiden win, it was all about that dramatic last lap overtake for Emma Felbermayr. The Kick Sauber driver bounced back from a frustrating DSQ in Race 1 to take the chequered flag first in Race 2 at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve.

“My best memory from the 2025 season is getting the win in Montreal,” she noted.

COURTNEY CRONE

Courtney Crone had not one but two chances to race in front of her home crowds this season. Although she delivered points around the Las Vegas Strip, it was a return to the streets of Miami where she made her F1 ACADEMY debut last year that stood out the most.

Crone said: “My favourite memory of the 2025 F1 ACADEMY season has definitely got to be finishing P9 in Miami, just (it) being a home Grand Prix. We haven’t finished our time in Vegas yet, but being able to get a top 10 in the US was quite special.”

ALBA LARSEN

Alba Larsen’s first visit to Canada will be one for the Tommy Hilfiger driver to savour, after she scored a big haul of points with back-to-back P5 finishes and a P8 in Round 4.

“My favourite memory is very hard to choose, there’s so much good stuff to pick from,” said the Dane. “Montreal was such a good weekend for me on and off-track. I felt like I really had good pace and did a lot of overtaking. It was such a nice city, and me and my family explored it together.”

RAFAELA FERREIRA

It’s not every day you get to witness a Formula 1 Grand Prix up close, so Racing Bulls’ Rafaela Ferreira won’t be forgetting her trips to the team’s garage any time soon.

“I think the first time I watched the F1 race inside the VCARB garage was really nice,” she reflected. I really felt part of the family, it was a really nice moment.”

ELLA LLOYD

Quick to prove she was race winner material, Ella Lloyd’s win in Round 2 was a high, but arguably it was her triple P2 finishes in Montreal that made many stand up and take notice of the McLaren driver.

“Probably the win in Jeddah, but also Canada,” noted Lloyd. “The whole weekend, I enjoyed that one.”

ALISHA PALMOWSKI

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make you happiest, so Alisha Palmowski will be hoping that she and Ferreira keep the giggles going as they both will be returning for the 2026 campaign.

“My favourite moment of the year would just be laughing at Rafa 24/7,” the Red Bull Racing driver jested. “She just walks in and I burst out laughing, she’s just a funny person. No particular reason, she’s just hilarious, I love being with her.”

JOANNE CICONTE

The bond between teammates Joanne Ciconte, Maya Weug and Larsen has brought an abundance of fun to the MP Motorsport garage, so it’s little surprise that the Australian’s fondest memory is of the trio hanging out together.

“I think exploring different cities around the world and scoring points," she said. "But I think as a team, Maya, Alba and I getting Oakberry after the races.”

CHLOE CHONG

The series’ first trip to Canada was a high for many of the drivers. Although the first race ended in an early retirement, a storming opening few laps for Chloe Chong left the Charlotte Tilbury driver buzzing with enjoyment.

“The start of Race 1 in Montreal," highlighted Chong. "We won’t talk about the end, but the start (…) because I went from 17th to eighth in two laps.”

DORIANE PIN

We might be able to think of one other moment that might have topped this a few days after she gave this answer, but besides the title, Doriane Pin’s Race 1 victory in Canada had her feeling the love from the fans.

“Winning in Montreal," the Mercedes driver noted. "Montreal is so cool, I love the place. The win was very special with a lot of French support and international support in (North) America is always so good, so it was a good one.”

LIA BLOCK

It’s been one heck of a journey for Lia Block and a moment she had to work for, but nothing beats the feeling of standing on the top step for the first time.

“My favourite memory from this year was my win in Singapore,” the Williams driver replied. “It’s the accumulation of so much hard work over the past two years. Coming from never driving an F4 car (or an) open-wheel car before my first season and having to learn from scratch. Finally getting that biggest trophy felt really, really good.”

MAYA WEUG

With three wins and a further six podiums to her name, it was going to be tough for Maya Weug to pick just one highlight. However, it was her double podium including a clean sweep in Race 2 that felt extra special to the Ferrari driver.

“I would say Zandvoort — winning at home and having a perfect weekend,” noted the Dutch racer.

TINA HAUSMANN

Tina Hausmann has had an incredibly busy season on and off the track, but the Aston Martin driver managed to put together her most successful F1 ACADEMY weekend in Montreal, matching her personal best P4 finish in Race 3.

“Montreal in general was just an amazing weekend. Even though it was one of the most hectic ones for myself because I was in the middle of my final exams from school and I was a bit sick as well. But in the end, it turned out amazing, so I will say Montreal.”
