Your Fan Guide to F1 ACADEMY at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026

Hello Silverstone! We're super excited for F1 ACADEMY to make its debut at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026.

Whether you're a long-time fan of the series or enjoying F1 ACADEMY for the first time, we can't wait to welcome you for Round 3 of the 2026 season. If you're looking to experience a real-life racing paddock or catch a glimpse of your favourite drivers, don't worry as we've got you covered with all the information you'll need to know this weekend at the Silverstone Circuit...

SESSION TIMES

Running from July 3-5, the F1 ACADEMY weekend kicks off with the first of four sessions bright and early on Friday. The field will head out for Free Practice from 07:45 to 08:25 local time (UTC+1), with the 30-minute Qualifying session taking place in the evening at 18:00 to 18:30.

The top eight drivers from Qualfying will be reversed for Saturday evening's Reverse Grid Race, which takes place from 18:05 to 18:35. The Feature Race gets underway on Grand Prix Sunday, with lights out at 10:00 to 10:30.

F1 ACADEMY Qualifying and both races are available to watch for free live on the F1 ACADEMY YouTube channel.

HOW TO FIND US & PADDOCK OPENING TIMES

Located near the National Pit Straight and Support Series paddocks, access to the F1 ACADEMY paddock is only available to ticket holders with inner track access. The paddock will be open at the following times:

• Friday: 10:30 - 16:30
• Saturday: 10:30 - 16:00
• Sunday: 12:00 - 15:00

DRIVER SIGNING SESSION

Want a chance to meet your favourite drivers? F1 ACADEMY will be running three autograph signing sessions across the weekend:

• Friday: 11:30 - 12:00
• Saturday: 11:00 - 11:30
• Sunday: 12:00 - 12:30

Places will be limited and will be operating on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, the autograph session and the paddock will only be available to ticket holders with inner track access.

FANZONE STAGE APPEARANCES

You can catch some of the stars of the 2026 season over on the F1 Fanstage from 14:20 to 14:50 on Thursday. Hear from the five home heroes Megan Bruce, Ella Lloyd, Alisha Palmowski, Rachel Robertson and Ella Stevens alongside Silverstone Wild Card Chiara Bättig.

FAN FORECOURT APPEARANCES

Located at the F1 Paddock entrance, fans will have a chance to snap a selfie or grab an autograph with drivers from the F1 ACADEMY grid across three Fan Forecourt appearances.
