Although there’s two months to wait until F1 ACADEMY returns in Montreal, you don’t have to look far to get your racing fix.

From single-seaters to sportscars, several of our past and present stars are hitting the track across the break, so here’s an up-to-date round up of where you can see your favourite racers in action across April and May.

DUAL CAMPAIGNS

Utilising the chance for extra mileage, Alba Larsen and Ella Lloyd will be continuing their development with select appearances in British F4. The Dane's seven-round appearance last year saw the Dane claim a best finish of P11 at Silverstone on the National Circuit layout, while McLaren junior Lloyd is a seven-time podium finisher across the 2024 and 2025 campaigns.

The Championship will also feature former F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE karter Chiara Bättig, as the Red Bull junior steps up to her first full season in cars with Hitech.

Lloyd and Bättig's British F4 campaigns kick off at Donington Park (National Circuit) from April 18-19 before the Swiss rookie takes on Brands Hatch Indy on May 9-10 and Snetterton (300) on May 23-24. Larsen joins the grid at the end of the month at Silverstone (Grand Prix Circuit) on May 30-31.

Mathilda Paatz is keeping her racing skills sharp with a sophomore campaign in the F4 CEZ Championship, competing for Mathilda Racing. The grid will also feature Williams' Jade Jacquet and former F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE karter and McLaren junior Ella Häkkinen. The season commences with two rounds in Austria, heading first to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on April 10-12 followed by the Salzburgring from May 29-31.

Mercedes’ Payton Westcott climbs back behind the wheel as she returns for a second season in the Italian F4 Championship. The first round gets underway at the Misano World Circuit from May 8-10.

Gatorade's Lisa Billard and Williams junior Jade Jacquet will be the first from the class of 2026 to get back into action. The pair will contest the opening round of the French F4 Championship at Nogaro from April 4-6.

With two USF2000 Championship rounds already under her belt, Kaylee Countryman heads back Stateside for the next three rounds, which take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course from May 7-9.

CONTINUING THEIR SINGLE-SEATER JOURNEYS

2024 F1 ACADEMY Champion Abbi Pulling is back for a second GB3 Championship campaign with Rodin Motorsport. Last year, the Briton became the Championship's first female podium finisher with a P3 result at Brands Hatch.

She’s joined on the grid by Aurelia Nobels, who teams up with Hillspeed for her rookie year. Their season will commence with a trip to Silverstone’s Grand Prix Circuit layout on April 25-26 before taking Spa-Francorchamps a month later on May 30-31.

Two-time F1 ACADEMY race winner Bianca Bustamante has switched to the Eurocup-3 series, competing for Palou Motorsport. This sees the Filipina reunite with her 2023 F1 ACADEMY squad PREMA Racing, who have a technical partnership with the team. The eight-round campaign commences at the Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet on May 1-3.

After scoring a podium in her debut single-seater weekend in the Eurocup-4 Spanish Winter Championship, former F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE karter Luna Fluxá will take on the first round of Spanish F4. Driving for Campos Racing, the Mercedes junior will be in action at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia on April 10-12.

Joanne Ciconte will race in the Kyojo Cup this year, as the Australian contests the all-female F4 Championship held in Japan. Her season starts at the Fuji International Speedway from May 8-10, and she'll be joined on track by former F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE karter Sara Matsui.

NEW CHALLENGES

Reigning F1 ACADEMY Champion Doriane Pin has a busy schedule ahead of her. Alongside her work as a Development Driver for Mercedes and her 24 Hours of Le Mans appearance later this year, she’s competing in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS). Racing for the Duqueine Team in the Pro-Am class, the French racer’s season gets underway with the 4 Hours of Barcelona on April 10-12 followed by the 4 Hours of Le Castellet on May 1-3.

2023 Vice Champion Léna Bühler will also be in action on those weekends, as she returns for a second Le Mans Cup campaign off the back of her seventh-placed finish last season.

Three-time race winner Chloe Chambers switches into sportscars as she joins the Pro-Am class of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America. Achieving two top-10 finishes on her debut at Sebring, the American will be looking to build on those performances during Round 2 at the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca on May 1-3.

The first female driver selected for the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Talent Pool, Amna Al Qubaisi will hit the track for Round 2 at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China on April 11-12. The Emirati’s season will continue with an appearance at the Fuji International Speedway on May 9-10.

Alongside her role as Audi’s Academy Mentor, Carrie Schreiner continues to make her mark in sportscars as she steps up to the GT World Challenge Europe, contesting both the Sprint and Endurance Cups. Her first two endurance rounds, the 6 Hours of Paul Ricard on April 11-12 and the 3 Hours of Monza on May 2-3, are split by a Sprint appearance at Brands Hatch on May 2-3.

After completing her Permit A to race around the Nordschleife, Chloe Chong will be climbing into the Porsche 992 GT3 for Round 3 of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) on April 11. Nicole Havrda is embarking on her first campaign in LMP3 machinery. The Canadian will once again pilot the No. 2 Shopify Racing powered by TWOth car, racing in Round 4 of the IMSA VP Racing Sports Car Challenge season at the Circuit of the Americas on May 7-9.

Chloe Grant returns for her second Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica campaign, kicking off with a visit to Monteblanco on April 25-26, followed by Round 2 at Estoril on May 8-10.

Meanwhile, Lia Block returns to her rallying roots. Claiming a podium finish at the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood in the American Rally Association National Championship, the American takes on the Olympus Rally in Shelton, Washington on April 17-19.

Meanwhile, former F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE karter Victoria Farfus will make the step up to cars this season, with the Brazilian competing in the Ginetta Junior Championship. Her season starts at Donington Park on April 11-12 before moving on to Silverstone two weeks later, followed by Round 3 at Oulton Park on May 23 & 25.

Lastly, Nerea Martí is steering a very different kind of machinery in the E1 Series, competing in all-electric powerboat racing. Racing for Team AlUla championed by LeBron James, the Spaniard will be looking to add to her podium finish last time out, with Round 2 taking place at Lake Como in Italy on April 24-25.
