Doriane Pin etched her name into F1 ACADEMY history books, becoming the series' third Champion after a drama-filled season finale in Las Vegas.

Facing off against rivals Maya Weug and Chloe Chambers, Pin had a fight on her hands from the get-go. Refusing to let the end goal out of her sight no matter what challenges came her way, the Mercedes driver proved that to finish first, first you have to finish.

With the dust settling on the 2025 season, we present some of the standout statistics behind the 21-year-old's title-winning campaign below...

3.07

Pin’s consistency has been a constant theme of her title charge. Unsurprisingly, the Frenchwoman has the best average finishing position of 3.07, with P6 in Zandvoort Race 2 being her lowest finish of the campaign.

2.010

Of her four wins this season, Shanghai Race 1 proved to be her most dominant. Snatching the lead away from polesitter Weug after a rolling start and overcoming a Safety Car restart, Pin took the chequered flag 2.010s clear of the Ferrari driver. Remarkably, her three other wins in Race 1 across Miami, Montreal and Las Vegas were all won by less than six tenths.

The number of points by which Pin sealed the 2025 Drivers’ title ahead of Weug. Although she led the Drivers’ Standings after the opening round in Shanghai, Pin would trail her rival by seven points and then only one point after Round 3 in Miami.

Reasserting her place at the top of the order in Montreal, her 20-point advantage over Weug was whittled down in Zandvoort and Singapore to nine points. However, a combination of a victory in Race 1 in Las Vegas and Weug’s retirement, alongside a P5 finish in Race 2 was enough for her to be crowned Champion in the finale race of the season.

Eight different drivers led a lap in 2025, but Pin would be the most frequent visitor to the front of the field. The Mercedes driver logged 53 laps at the head of the pack, one more than PREMA Racing teammate Nina Gademan.

Despite an average Qualifying position of P3, the Mercedes driver failed to score a single pole position, recording three top-two results across Rounds 1, 2 and 6. Comparatively, her title rivals Maya Weug and Chloe Chambers earned three and four pole positions, respectively.

The total number of points Pin achieved on her way to the title. With 39 points on offer per round, a maximum of 273 points could be scored across the campaign. The 21-year-old finished with 172 points, claiming 63% of all the points available.

Pin stood on the podium on eight occasions in 2025, starting and ending with victories in Shanghai and Las Vegas. Alongside her four victories, she finished second only once in Race 2 in Singapore, as well as scoring three third-place results.

This means the Iron Dames-backed driver finished on the podium 57.1% of the time. Interestingly, her victories in Races 1 in Miami and Las Vegas were Pin’s only reverse grid race podiums of the campaign.

The Mercedes driver displayed incredibly consistency across her two F1 ACADEMY seasons, notching up 14 consecutive points scoring finishes — the only driver on the 2025 grid to do so. In fact, her points-scoring streak stretches all the way back to her winning debut in Jeddah last season, a 28-race run.
