Bonjour Montreal! We can't wait for an action-packed F1 ACADEMY weekend to get underway at the FORMULA 1 LENOVO GRAND PRIX DU CANADA 2026.

Whether you're a long-time fan of the series or enjoying F1 ACADEMY for the first time, we can't wait to welcome you for Round 2 of the 2026 season. SESSION TIMES

Running from May 22-24, the F1 ACADEMY weekend features fives sessions in Montreal. The drivers will take get their first taste of the track on Friday with Free Practice from 09:00 to 09:40 local time (UTC-4) followed by Qualifying at 18:00 to 18:30.

Saturday sees the first two of three 30-minute races across the weekend. The Opening Race will take place from 09:45 to 10:15, with the grid being set by the drivers' second-fastest Qualifying times.

The top eight will be reversed for the Reverse Grid Race, which gets underway at 18:05 to 18:35. The Feature Race runs on Grand Prix Sunday, with lights out at 10:45 to 11:15.

HOW TO FIND US & PADDOCK OPENING TIMES

The F1 ACADEMY paddock is located in the Orange Zone behind Grandstand 15 and will be open at select times.

  • Friday: 11:10 - 16:30
  • Saturday: 11:45 - 16:15
  • Sunday: 13:30 - 15:30

DRIVER SIGNING SESSION

Want a chance to meet your favourite drivers? F1 ACADEMY will be running three autograph signing sessions across the weekend:

  • Friday: 10:30 - 11:00
  • Saturday: 11:15 - 11:45
  • Sunday: 12:30 - 13:00

Places will be limited and will be operating on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, the paddock will only be open to autograph session attendees at these times and not the general public.
