F1 ACADEMY has today revealed the young female karters selected for the 2026 Champions of the Future Academy Programme (COTFA), who will compete across both the International and newly-launched British series.
As part of the expanded support for the global karting series, F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE will continue to back emerging talent in the Mini-60, OK-N Junior and OK-N Senior classes. 15 karters will be taking up the 17 selected spots in both the Champions of the Future Academy International Series and the British Champions of the Future Academy Program.
All 15 karters will compete in F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE-branded karts and race suits. In addition, each participant will receive a 30% discount towards their entry fee courtesy of RGMMC, the motorsport event management company responsible for organising and promoting all COTFA initiatives.
The initiative has already yielded strong results — Luna Fluxá secured the 2024 OK-N Senior title, followed by Chiara Bättig’s runner-up finish last year, while our F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE supported karters featured on 25% of all Senior category podiums in 2025.
The Champions of the Future Academy International Series will feature six rounds across five countries in Europe and the Middle East. The nine F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE supported drivers for the 2026 Champions of the Future Academy Program International Series season are:
