Jessica Edgar is excited for tomorrow after a strong performance resulted in a P4 finish in Race 1.

The British driver is looking for her first podium since the inaugural race of the season in Spielberg, but after the testing session in Aragon, Edgar was feeling much more confident:

"I feel like today was a big improvement to where we have been in the past few rounds. At Aragon last week we made some changes to the car that were really positive and this weekend we have had the pace the whole time."

Edgar started the Race in P6 and quickly moved into P5 after overtaking Emely de Heus, before setting off after the Campos Racing car of Nerea Martí.

"I overtook Emely on the first corner of the first lap, but Nerea and Marta pulled away after that. When they started to battle and Marta had her issue I caught them up but didn't quite have the pace to get to Nerea."

Tomorrow will see the drivers take on two races and Edgar is hoping for a podium in the early morning Race 2:

"I'm excited for tomorrow! I'm starting in P3 for the reverse grid race so hopefully we can do something from there."
