Emely De Heus handed time penalty following Miami Race 2

Following the conclusion of the Race 2 at the Miami International Autodrome, Emely De Heus has been issued a 5-second time penalty.

The Red Bull Ford driver was found to have left the track at Turn 11 and gained a lasting advantage, completing an overtake on Lia Block on re-entry.

As a result, the #7 MP Motorsport car is demoted to P12 in the final classification. This promotes Williams driver Block up to her first F1 ACADEMY point in P10, with Courtney Crone also moving up one place.
