Winfield Racing School – Your Essential Preparation for an F1 ACADEMY Season

Since 1964, Winfield Racing School has been a launchpad for champions such as Alain Prost, Damon Hill, Isack Hadjar, and many others. Today, Winfield stands as the reference for young drivers aiming to transform raw talent into a professional career, guiding them through their first season in single-seaters. At Winfield, young drivers don’t just learn to race – they learn to become racers.

What’s our vision?

That’s why we provide a safe, pressure-free environment where young drivers can build essential racing techniques and a complete skillset. Such preparation ensures they are ready to face the intensity of team selection tests, including those for a season in F1 ACADEMY.

Our focus: step-by-step development and smart progress. We also invest in making the sport more accessible to young women, through dedicated support and equal-level opportunities, like Doriane Pin, who took her first steps in single-seaters at the 2019 Volant Winfield.

How do we train drivers?

Every driver is unique, so is our approach. We design a tailor-made journey, built around each driver’s goals, ambitions, and learning style. Performance grows through a relationship of trust. We take the time to understand who’s behind the helmet, so we can build something strong and lasting.

Our training covers driving, physical preparation, mental coaching, media skills, and race strategy. A 360° approach to shape complete drivers, ready for every challenge, on and off track.

Drivers can train with us in Europe or the Middle East, and we support them on any circuit worldwide.
