In this workshop, Driver61 will take you through top tips for pre-event preparation and, crucially, making the most of a test day.
The F1 ACADEMY Driver Development Workshop Series is specifically designed for young female drivers engaged in competitive karting and/or racing, and their essential support network.
We know that it’s not always possible to train or practice behind the wheel or on track, but there are other things you can do to help develop your technical and tactical abilities. This might include using circuit guides, watching on boards or training on a simulator.

You can learn a lot about your driving performance by analysing the shapes and timing of your inputs. You might have an engineer or coach who will help you to analyse data but it’s really important that you understand the basics to help get the most out of your feedback or debrief sessions.
